Feedback from exhibitors at Firex South 2010 clearly demonstrates the event's success:
Adam Sanders, Managing Director of RiskBase, said: "Footfall was astonishing – you couldn’t move inside the stand and more were queuing outside - it was impossible to keep up. Visitor quality was impressive - a distinct lack of timewasters - the vast majority had key influence on buying or were the actual decision makers - many from larger organisations. We’ll be back next year ... just with a much bigger stand!"
Steve Burge, Director of MailGUARD, said: "The MailGuard stand was extremely busy and we received 25 leads on the first day. We were also getting enquiries right up until the show closed! We met a range of job titles including risk advisors, business owners & specifiers. Due to the success of Firex South, we are now looking into the other Firex shows."
Natalie Stempson, Marketing Executive at Fireco Ltd, said: "We had a really good amount of quality leads, we met some really good contacts ranging from managers, contractors, health & safety officers & estate managers. Firex South provides the perfect platform for us to showcase our new products to the fire trade sector, we always exhibit at all the Firex shows."
Gerry Dunphy, Sales Director for Firex South, said: "We are delighted with the feedback we have received from the show and the exhibitor testimonials highlight the quality of this year’s event. We work closely with the leading associations in the industry all year round to ensure we develop the finest possible content. We are proud to have achieved this and look forward to carrying this success into Firex North."
Next on the agenda is Firex North 2010 which will take place at its new location of Manchester Central 1 from 27 – 28 October. The event will also benefit from co-location with Business North West, a major business-to-business event in the region.
The Firex Roadshows are the only events in 2010 targeting the UK fire industry so Firex North is your last chance to address your fire prevention and protection needs. Please visit the website within www.info4fire.com, for more information.
