This has been a discussion point throughout the past year with confusion developing with regards to the safety requirements of landlords to their tenants.
The new toolkit features a two disc CD-ROM set designed to provide important information for tenants and landlords alike. The first disc is designed to be kept by the landlord whilst the second should be passed to the tenant/s.
