Situated under the Government Publications heading within our Fire Resource Centre we have now launched direct links to the Communities and Local Government Guides.
Means of Escape is an online portal designed to provide you with advice and information regarding all fire safety matters. As we endorse the Communities guides available via our website we would like to highlight their value in providing information within these key areas.
We have added a page linking our users to the facilities available on the Communities and local government website which are relevant to fire safety.
Communities have produced numerous guides covering a variety of fire safety matters relevant to businesses.
The most recent launch is of the Guide to Means of Escape for Disabled People, each of the guides can be downloaded free of charge or can be ordered via the Communities website.
The guides are designed specifically for fire safety within business' offering a clear understanding of these vital areas following the new safety laws that came into force in October 2006.
